Consent, the way the law intends
Nothing moves without your yes.
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 asks that consent be free, specific, informed and unambiguous, and as easy to withdraw as it was to give. Wellkept is designed around that, one screen at a time.

Fix or complete anything that is wrong or out of date.
Erase
Delete a record, a profile or your whole account. We erase it unless a law requires us to keep it.

Write to our Grievance Officer at [grievance email]. If we don't resolve it, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children. A profile for anyone under 18 can only be created by their parent or lawful guardian, with verifiable consent. We never track children's behaviour or direct advertising at them.
Parents and other adults. An adult's records are theirs. Managing them needs their own consent, given on their own phone, and they can end it at any time. The same applies to a person with a lawful guardian, through that guardian.

You file the claim yourself with everything ready.
Ask it about your own records ("when was mom's last blood test") or your insurance ("what documents do I need for a cashless claim here"). It finds, explains and prepares, always citing the source, and only ever sees records you've allowed. It does not give medical advice.
Never. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Our revenue comes from optional paid tools, not from your records.
Open Who has access and tap Stop or Withdraw. It takes effect immediately and is as easy as giving consent was. You can also delete any record, any profile, or your whole account from Settings. We erase it unless a law requires us to keep something, and we tell you if that is the case.
You can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold and who it was shared with, correct or update it, have it erased, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer. If we don't resolve it, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
